Main technical indicators
The compensation wire models are divided into SC, KC, KX, EX, JX, TX, and NC according to the product variety.
Among them, the first letter of model A corresponds to the scale mark of the thermocouple;
b) The letter 'X' represents an extended compensating wire (type);
c) The letter 'C' represents a compensating wire (type).
Note: SC type compensating wire can be equipped with R-type index thermocouple
Use classification, tolerance level, and protective layer coloring markings

Example
1. Equipped with K-type compensating wire, the nominal cross-sectional area of a single wire is 1.5mm2. Generally, it is represented as KC-G-VV2 × 1.5GB/T 4989-94 using ordinary level compensating wire
2. The heat-resistant precision shielded compensation wire is represented as KCA-HS-FFP2 × 1.5 GB/T 4989-94
3. The extension type compensating wire for heat-resistant precision shielded flexible wire is represented as KX-HS-FFRP2 × 1.5 GB/T 4989-94
Note: The insulation resistance between the wire cores and between the wire cores and the shield of the compensating wire product shall not be less than 5MQ every 10m at a temperature of 20 ℃.
4. The compensation wire finished product is subjected to a winding test of 5 times the outer diameter before and after a heat aging temperature of 275 ℃/24 hours, and does not break down after a voltage of 500V/1 minute.
5. Waterproof test of heat-resistant compensating wire, take out a 1.5M sample end from the finished product and expose it to a thermostat at 40 ± 2 ℃. After 240 hours (10 days), the wire core and the wire core and shield are tested
The resistance value per meter should not be less than 25MQ
6. The acid resistance test of heat-resistant compensating wires involves taking out a 1.5M sample from the finished product and exposing the end to 40 ± 2 ℃. After 240 hours (10 days) in a 95% concentration sulfuric acid solution, the wire cores and
The resistance value per meter between the wire core and the shield should not be less than 25MQ
7. Regulations on Technical Conditions for Compensation Wires GB/T4989-94 standard, equivalent to IEC-584-3 standard.
