It is situated by the river and the sea, with significant geographical advantages. The company's transportation network is well connected, with Provincial Highway 352 to the north, National Highway 204 and Coastal Expressway to the east, and Ningyan Expressway and Jinghu Expressway to the west. The efficient and convenient logistics transportation provides a unique location guarantee for the rapid development of the enterprise and the delivery of goods. We will also establish dedicated offices in Taizhou and Shanghai to connect with local markets and quickly respond to differentiated customization and supply needs from domestic and foreign customers.

The company has a complete production scale and strong comprehensive strength, with a factory area of 15000 square meters and a building area of 20000 square meters. There are currently over 170 employees, including more than 50 management and R&D professionals. The company has a complete range of product categories, with dozens of categories and hundreds of model specifications. Its core products include fluoroplastic high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and oil resistant cables, silicone rubber insulated and sheathed cables, mica fire-resistant high-temperature wires, computer shielded cables, and new energy vehicle EV supporting wires. At the same time, it also produces a series of electric heating belts such as silicone heating plates, various high and low temperature heating wires, carbon fiber heating cables, automatic temperature control, parallel connection, and constant power. The product has excellent performance, with advantages such as high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance, flame retardant insulation, and stable heat generation. It is widely suitable for various industry scenarios such as aviation, metallurgy, chemical industry, petroleum, power, automotive, fire protection, outdoor snow melting, building heating, electronic machinery, and home appliance manufacturing.

Jiangsu Xingyuan High Temperature Cable Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and is now a private technology enterprise in Taizhou City, Jiangsu Province. It is a backbone enterprise specializing in the production of high-performance, high-temperature resistant wires and cables.

Development History

Jiangsu Xingyuan High Temperature Cable Co., Ltd. (formerly Xinghua Insulation Equipment Factory) was founded in 1986 and is now a private technology enterprise in Taizhou, Jiangsu Province. It is a backbone enterprise specializing in the production of high-performance, high-temperature resistant wires and cables.

2009

On July 7th, Jiangsu Xingyuan High Temperature Cable Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 55.08 million yuan.

2010

In June, 5 million yuan was invested to build Factory No.1, covering an area of 3000 square meters.

2011

In March, it became an "excellent enterprise in Chinese scientific and technological innovation". A 2000 square meter office building was completed in July.

2012

Obtained UL certification in the United States and CE certification in the European Union in February.

2013

The research and development, trial production, and testing of the first generation carbon fiber product were successful in May.

2014

Obtained three invention patents in October and was awarded the title of National High tech Enterprise.

2015

A double-layer factory building with an area of 12000 square meters was completed in November.

2016

In December, the company's PTFE heating cable obtained the IATF16949:2016 automotive industry quality management system certification and became the designated supplier for Beijing public transportation.

2017

In June, the company added six new production lines.

2019

In July, the company collaborated with Nanjing Institute of Engineering to develop a rail transit cable.

2020

In February, our company was the first unit to resume work in Xinghua, Taizhou. We provided specialized cables for ventilators to "Huoshenshan" and "Leishenshan". Government leaders visited and inspected the company, caring for the resumption of work and production.

2021

In March, a 1500 square meter new employee apartment will be built. In June, the company launched new high-temperature electric heat tracing products and obtained explosion-proof and CCC certificates.

2022

New laboratory and apartment building 2 will be built in April. Introduce multiple senior engineers. New high-temperature PTFE cable was launched in July and obtained UL certification in the United States.
